Cat D1
Drivers over 21 who hold a current car driving licence. Since January 1997 drivers are no longer entitled to drive Minibuses with more than 9 seats on a car licence alone, they now must achieve a Cat D1 driving test which includes a theory, medical and practical test.

For drivers over 21 holding a current car driving licence and includes passing a theory, medical and practical test.


Drivers over 18 and less than 21 can take a Cat D licence when sponsored by the company and are undertaking a Driving Goods Vehicle NVQ
